Shipping
We ship directly from our hometown Montreal, Canada. Please allow a 1-2 business days processing time for us to make sure your order is perfect before we sent it out. Orders placed during the weekend do not leave until the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We even send you a tracking number so you can track your package - worry free!
We deliver to any valid Canadian or US address.
Shipping fee
PAQI Boutique is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat rate shipping options to all CAD clients. Domestic ground shipping is free for orders over $75 and the item(s) being ordered must all be able to ship via traditional ground shipping for this promotion to apply.
Cancellations
Due to our model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale.
