How do I make an order?
Ordering at PAQI Boutique is easy! From the product page, simply select the size of the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add to Bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button at the top right of the page and follow the instructions to check out.
What size should I order?
It's important to understand that our sizing chart should be used as a guide only. Some items may be listed for a particular age and still fit your daughter perfectly!
Simply take your daughters measurements (around your bust, waist, and hips) with the help of a measuring tape and compare them with the measurements of the item you’re interested in (found under the tab “Sizing Chart”). This will make sure you have the perfect size for your princess.

Do you have gift cards?
At this time, E-Gift Cards are temporarily unavailable for use in stores.
How quickly will my order be processed?
All domestic orders received Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days for us to make sure your order is perfect before we shipment (unless otherwise indicated on our shipping page in checkout). Orders placed during the weekend do not leave until the following Monday.
Which countries do you ship?
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. International shipping will come shortly.
How to cancel an order
If you would like to change or cancel your US order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that our systems are designed to get orders on the way as quickly as possible, and we’ll be unable to cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.
Out of stock item
Sometimes our favorite items get sold very quickly! In order to be notified when an item you desire does come back in stock, follow us on Instagram or Facebook. You can also subscribe to our email list. This way you’ll be the first to know if we receive that item back in stock at our online store!
Do you need models?
Yes! We would love to have your new princess be part of the PAQI family. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
I can't find my order confirmation email
Unfortunately it can happen that you are unable to view our emails in your inbox. Make sure you verify your junk mail. Once you've found our email, switch it to ''not junk mail''. That way you'll never miss another email from us!
